Great Basin was the first stop on my solo road trip over the 2024 winter holidays, before I continued on to Zion. It is one of the least visited national parks, and in December I had the snowy trails under Wheeler Peak almost entirely to myself. Below ground, Lehman Caves is a wonderland of stalactites, shields, and cave popcorn.
